The Religious Studies Program introduces students to the academic study of religion. We invite students to explore many of the world’s major religious traditions. In addition to history, our courses focus on the philosophical and theological questions at the origin of faith in general.
The program offers a minor in Religious Studies that students can customize to their preferences or major. Possible concentrations include Catholic or Jewish Studies.
Our faculty and courses come from departments across campus making our program diverse. In all of our courses, students examine religion and religious phenomena from a variety of perspectives.
