On the eve of the new Israeli elections, the speakers will reflect back on seminal historical moments (1917, 1948, and 1967) in the contested land known as Israel and Palestine – a key to understanding the situation in the region today. They will explore the lived experience of Jews and Arabs, noting where their paths converged and, more commonly, diverged.
